H. Renee Carroll has worked for more than thirty years as a software engineer and data engineer — most recently in regulatory technology at a Fortune 500 bank — and concurrently spent twenty years as the part-time pastor of a small church, with a Master of Divinity in original-language biblical studies. Developing is the framework that resulted when those two formations met inside a decade-long illness she had to engineer her way out of. She is the founder of Manifesting-IT and the creator of the Manifesting Tracker.

H. Renee Carroll writes at the intersection of systems thinking and contemplative practice. She holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Master of Divinity, and she has worked for more than thirty years as a software engineer and data engineer — concurrently serving twenty of those years as the part-time pastor of a small church. Her engineering work has spanned consulting, telecommunications, and regulatory technology at a Fortune 500 bank; her ministry work has been the kind that sits with people through grief, illness, and transformation, where outcomes are unknown and the right thing to do is to remain present.

Developing: A Diagnostic Framework for Manifesting is the framework that resulted when both formations met inside a decade-long bout of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome she had to engineer her way out of. She is the founder of Manifesting-IT, which includes the Manifesting Tracker app and Manifesting University.
